Mister Giacomo Buttaroni, coach of the National Juniors, also wanted to dedicate a thought to Guido Manni:
"For 2 years Guido was by our side, but for us he wasn't a "simple" physiotherapist: Guido was like a grandfather. He was that person who didn't speak much, but when he told us something we listened carefully. I will always carry with me the trip to Sardinia last year where he brought a white focaccia to the table causing a stir among all of us. Guido was this, a grandfather for all the boys. I was moved when I saw the boys dedicate the victory to him with the jersey, because it means that he left the same mark on them that he left on me. I send a hug on behalf of the entire team and all the staff to his family. Guido will always be with us!"
